Tracking without redirects

You can send your visitors directly to your landing pages and see all stats in our dashboard.

This feature isn’t only make it possible to track visits without redirect and any codes but do split-tests, filter bots and cloak. Here you can find step-by-step guide to setting up campaign without redirects and preparing your landing pages.

To use CLICK-API you need PHP 5.6 or higher to be installed, as well as the cURL library

Let’s say you have domain http://site.com for your landing pages. And you have 3 landing pages in the same directory for rotation:

  • http://site.com/landing/version-1.html
  • http://site.com/landing/version-2.html
  • http://site.com/landing/version-3.html
ATTENTION! All file names must be in lowercase and must have the extension ".html"

You want to show version-1.html for default path and rotate version-2.html and version-3.html for rule1 paths

Names of landing pages must be the same as names of html files.

Go to might.io dashboard and create 3 landing pages

When landing pages are created, you can start create your campaign.

Set up default path like this

Set up rules like this

After that click , go to additional links and download php file. Upload this file to the same directory where your landing pages are.

URL of your php file will look like http://site.com/landing/index.php

From now you can use URL of the php file or URL of the directory http://site.com/landing/ as your campaign URL.

Or you can rename your php file and use new URL as your campaign URL, for example, http://site.com/landing/YOUR_NAME.php

Use {{click_url}} placeholder for your links to offers in your html code:

<html>
  <body>
    <a href="{{click_url}}">click link</a>
  </body>
</html>

In case you have multi-offer landing page use {{click_url1}}, {{click_url2}}, etc.

From now if user opens http://site.com/landing/ and meets rule1’s conditions then version-2.html or version-3.html will be shown.

Otherwise version-1.html will be shown.

If custom parameters from traffic source are passed, you’ll see them in reports as well.

You are free to create as many rules and landing pages as you want. You can also set up landing page for default path and direct link for rule’s path. This way if user meets rule’s conditions then he’ll be redirected to offer link.
